Welcome to Yumm Yummy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yumm Yummy mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

The Service is intended for parents, caregivers, and adults who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Our mobile app is designed to help you plan meals for children in your care. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide about children is accurate and that you have the authority to provide such information.

3. Your Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

4. Mobile App License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile application on your personal mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the mobile app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Create derivative works based on the mobile app
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the app

5. User Content and Data

Our Service allows you to create, upload, and store content such as meal plans, recipes, photos, and family information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it.

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third party's rights or applicable laws
• Your User Content does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Any information about children is provided with appropriate parental authority

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our mobile app offers both free and premium subscription features. Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• Subscription pricing may vary by region and currency

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice through the app or email notification.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service includes AI-powered features that generate meal suggestions and recipes. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate AI-generated content, please note:

• AI-generated recipes may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate ingredient combinations
• Always review AI suggestions carefully before use
• Verify cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient compatibility
• Check for allergens and dietary restrictions
• Use your judgment regarding nutritional balance and appropriateness for your children

You use AI-generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated recipes or meal suggestions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or our systems
• Use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

9. App Store Terms

Our mobile app is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable app store's terms and conditions:

• Apple App Store users are subject to Apple's Terms of Service
• Google Play Store users are subject to Google Play Terms of Service
• App store terms may take precedence for certain matters like payments and refunds
• Updates and app availability are subject to app store policies

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MOBILE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YUMM YUMMY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Updates and Modifications
